The Sub-Mariner stumbles into a bizarre experiment to restore the aquatic talents of an injured Olympic swimmer, Todd Arliss and becomes part of the experiment. Dr. Dorcas taps into Namor's natural powers and those of sharks to change Arliss into Tiger Shark. Namor battles Tiger Shark and is defeated. Tiger Shark takes Lady Dorma prisoner.
