The Silver Surfer finds himself attacked by Maximus' agents and drives them off. He makes his way to the Great Refuge, but doesn't realize that Maximus and his agents are evil outcasts and attacks the Inhumans. Maximus seizes this opportunity and launches an attack on the city. Frustrated with fighting and violence, the Silver Surfer makes an exit while the Inhumans repel Maximus' invasion.
