The Gladiator announces that Daredevil's secret identity is Foggy Nelson. The Masked Marauder arranges for Gladiator's escape from the authorities and then sends his thugs to kill Nelson. Fortunately, Daredevil is aware of the danger that Nelson has put himself in and comes to his rescue. They manage to prove that Daredevil isn't Foggy Nelson and the news makes it way back to the Masked Marauder and the Gladiator who have forged a temporary alliance.
