Peter Parker attends a science exhibit and a spider is bombarded with radiation during the demonstration. Before it dies, the spider bites Peter. Peter eventually discovers that he has received the proportionate powers of a human spider. Peter then uses his new-found powers to make money in show business to help his guardian parents, Aunt May and Uncle Ben.
