On a distant planet, frustrated with always being on the losing side, the Tornado Tyrant decides to become good and transforms itself in a copy of the Justice League, who he perceives as undefeatable. Unfortunately, the dark side of the Tornado Tyrant challenges this "new" JLA and defeats them. However, the Tornado Champion reforms itself and travels to Earth where it learns more about the JLA and teamwork. The Tornado Champion returns to its world and once again transforms itself into the Justice League and defeats the Tornado Tyrant.
