Snapper Carr endures the gloating of Doctor Light who claims to have destroyed the Justice League. Having mastered the power of light, he has banished the Justice League one-by-one to planets that would exploit their weaknesses. Fortunately, the JLA escape these death traps and return to Earth to face Doctor Light. They battle it out against three Doctor Light mirages and thanks to Green Lantern capture the real Doctor Light.
