With Felix Faust defeated, the JLA resumes their battle against the Time Lord which leads him into the future. They catch up with the Time Lord and defeat him, however, they're prevent from returning to their own time. Abnegazar, Rath, and Ghast are blocking their way with a magical force field and they subdue the JLA. Fortunately, the JLA escape their imprisonment and trick the demons long enough to defeat them.
