Extra dimensional aliens seek out the JLA's help to defeat the evil Despero. Unfortunately, Despero has already put the JLA under his influence and sends them to his dimension where they face a variety of disaster situation. Fortunately, the JLA rises to the challenge and prevents each disaster. Meanwhile, back on Earth, Snapper Carr takes down Despero all by himself.
