"The Mystery of the Elongated Man!" A new super being, calling himself the Elongated Man, takes a bit of the Flash's spotlight. The Flash can't quite figure out the Elongated Man's true intentions since he's been associated with a series of robberies. However, it turns out that he's a hero and was also on the trail of the robbers. The Flash and the Elongated Man share Central City's Man of the Year award.

"Danger of Wheels!" The Kid Flash helps out his teacher's fiancee who is being muscled out of a construction contract. They get to the bottom of the plot and learn that the Big Ace Company is using inferior materials. The contact is then awarded to the teacher's fiancee and with a bit of sweat from Kid Flash they're able to finish on time.
