"Menace of the Super-Gorilla!" Gorilla Grodd makes his way to Central City and steals the secrets of thought control from Solivar, who was captured and put on display at the Central City Zoo. Solivar recruits the help of the Flash who takes them across the world to Gorilla City. The Flash evades Grodd's thought control and defeats him.

"The Pied Piper of Peril" The Pied Piper, armed with his sonic flute, assembles a gang and prepares to launch a series of robberies. However, he knows of the Flash and challenges him. The Flash confronts the Pied Piper and overcomes everything that the Pied Piper sends at him. The Flash captures the Pied Piper and his gang.
