"The Doomed Scarecrow!" The Flash agrees to star in a movie with the proceeds going towards charity. However, a series of disturbing accidents threaten the movie star that's playing the Flash. As it turns out, these accidents were staged by the movie star himself who hoped to take the Flash's place in the real world. But, thanks to a timely diversion by Iris, Flash gets the upper hand on these thugs and foils their scheme.

"The Midnight Peril" Wally West and a school chum visit a haunted house as part of their fraternity initiation. It turns out that the "ghosts" are in fact a bunch of crooks using the house as a hide-out. Kid Flash turns the crooks over to the authorities and Wally and his chum become full-fledged members of their fraternity.
