Dr. Larsen, a former student of the Chief, drops by for a visit and during their scientific work falls into a vat of amino acids. He emerges with the powers to transform himself into anything animal, mineral or vegetable. The Doom Patrol do their best to bring him in, but he's just too powerful. It turns out that staged the accident to gain the powers in hope of getting revenge against the Chief who he had thought stole one of his inventions. However, with the help of the Chief, they capture him and revert him back to normal.
